Hello, I'm Sonya. Welcome to Adore Your Outdoors.
I LOVE trees & moss, and I'm proud of it :) I've even overcome my childhood fear of spiders!
I started Adore Your Outdoors in 2019 when I decided to follow my dream.
Why? I felt driven to:
I passionately believe in the benefits of talking therapy, however, I am also convinced a connection to nature plays a vital role in healing and maintaining ongoing good mental health.

I live in Hampshire with my son, who loves nature just as much as I do (my greatest achievement yet). I have walked on fire, gone diving with sharks and David Copperfield made me disappear live on stage in Las Vegas.
In my spare time, I love helping to run Wildlife Tots with the Hampshire Wildlife Trust. I also enjoy yoga, meditation, gardening and walking.
