What you'll need

  • Any kind of digital camera – including mobile phones
  • Empty memory card and a fully charged battery
  • Zoom 
  • Access to the outdoors (a garden is ideal)


Book Mindful Photography Course


Over the 8 hours of tuition (4 x 2-hour zoom sessions), you'll develop your capacity for mindful presence and deepen your connection to the extraordinary world around you.

You’ll uncover the creative potential in every mindful moment, learning the skills that will keep you more connected to yourself and the world around you, and help you take truly amazing photographs.

You'll also develop and deepen your sense of awe and wonder, and your connection to nature - both proven to lift your spirits, increase feelings of gratitude and boost resilience. 

We will be indoors on zoom for some of the time, with individual creative tasks done off-camera, either indoors or outdoors.
