A few hours just for you, where you don’t need to be anything to anyone else.  Protected time for you to connect with your inner wildness in peace and quiet

 

What’s included in the creative mindfulness online retreat?

  • Zen Doodling – an introduction into the wonderful world of zen doodling, and a few step-by-step exercises to get you started
  • Intuitive Art – connect to your subconscious mind and receive creative guidance from your heart space
  • Art Journaling – mindful mark-making using playful approaches for creative expression within the safe space of a journal
  • Mindful Photography – a guided sensory activation meditation and two nature-based photography exercises 

 

How it works

Join from your laptop or computer in the comfort of your own home (we recommend asking everyone else to go out!). Explore two different classes in the morning, break for lunch and return for the afternoon session.

 

What do you need?

Plain paper or white card (A3 and A4 ideally)

Notepad

Pens/pencils of any kind that works for you

Any kind of digital camera including mobile phone

 

When is it?

Sunday 8th August 10 am – 3 pm BST. 5 hours of blissful, restorative, creative mindfulness!
